Organizing My Craft Room / Office + A Tour

You can find organizational cubes almost anywhere. The exact storage is a bookcase found at Ikea. Here are some similar options you can find at Amazon, Walmart, Target, and more. I love using organizational cubes as shelves to organize my craft supplies. As you can see in the photo above, I added smaller organizational materials like these white baskets in different sizes to each cube to expand my space.

Fabric storage boxes are also a good option. Additionally, I also use the top of the cube organizer for extra organizational space. I love that this cube is the perfect size to fit everything I need and make the room look better.

I used these makeup turntables to create a mini craft station for my essentials. For example, I put my favorite pens, markers, tape, and scissors in my organizer so I can quickly find them and rotate the pen for easy access. The best thing about this organizer is that it’s clear, so you can quickly find what you need!

This acrylic pen/pencil holder is perfect for craft markers, pens, pencils and more. As you can see in the picture above, I use these clear containers to make it easier to organize my craft supplies. find out! Creative, Thrifty, & Small Space Craft Room Organization Ideas

I use a rolling cart to maximize space and easily move supplies when needed. For example, I use this colorful rolling cart next to my son’s desk in the study, and it holds commonly used craft supplies like pens, pencils, scissors, glue guns, craft paper, and more.

In addition, I also use this three-tier rolling storage basket with organizational bins inside. This bin contains craft supplies like glue, crayons, tape, scissors, chalk and buttons! Both of these rolling carts sit on the side of the table so my son and I have easy access to supplies. Plus, it has vertical storage that can be easily moved!

I love using these clear letter boxes to hold craft scrapbook paper. They look very clean and give me an easy way to find my craft paper. By using such a transparent box, the space is organized and provides a lot of space. You can also use clear boxes to display other items such as pens, markers, ribbons, buttons and more.

These decorative plastic storage baskets are perfect for storing paints and other craft supplies. As you can see from the two pictures above, I placed the baskets on the cable management rack to maximize space and make it easier to see.

I’ve also found that putting your brushes in a storage container with a compartmentalized space makes it much easier to find the right size brush for a project.

Since I’m obsessed with color, I decided to use colorful metal buckets to hold pens, pencils, and markers for a fun and simple storage idea. I like to throw colors around the room to create a bright space because I have a lot of clear and white cabinets.

You can find color buckets for cheap at the Target dollar spot, Dollar Store, Amazon, or Michaels. In addition, you can use this bucket to store other items such as scissors, ribbons, buttons and other crafts.

You can maximize vertical space and create colorful decorations with clear acrylic shelves and pegs. This shelf can store craft supplies like paints, markers or display cute decorations! I decided to add some clear acrylic shelves to my huge wall.

How To Design And Organize A Craft Room

As you can see in the photo above, I put things like paints, markers, colorful jars and colorful decorations on the shelves. These shelves provide more storage space and visibility so you can easily grab whatever you need. Plus, all the colors add so much color to my room! . In addition, you can also add hooks to the board to hang various craft supplies.

I love using acrylic/makeup storage to make it easier to find pens and markers! I like using this kind of storage for inventory because it’s easier to find. Plus, you can use the makeup brush slots to keep your pens and markers organized!

I use a phone stand for my camera setup and shoot directly from my iPhone. The phone stand is placed on a rolling cart to prevent it from shaking while filming. For the simple white background of the video, I just used cheap white foam board that I bought at a craft store.

I’ve found that it’s actually easier to have a small work area when filming so you don’t clutter up the space with supplies and clutter.
