XIII. Unemployment benefits. The employer is solely responsible for paying unemployment benefits on behalf of its employees and staff. The Contractor shall not be entitled to unemployment compensation in connection with the services provided under this Agreement.

XIV. Workers’ Compensation. The employer is responsible for all workers’ compensation insurance on behalf of its employees. If the Contractor employs employees to perform any work under this Agreement, the Contractor agrees to provide workers’ compensation coverage to the extent required by law. At the Customer’s request, the Contractor shall provide certificates proving workers’ compensation insurance at any time during the performance of the Service.
XV. Compensation. The Contract shall indemnify the Customer from any loss or liability for the performance of the Services under this Agreement.
XVI. Privacy. The Contractor acknowledges that the Customer will be required to disclose certain confidential and commercial information to the Contractor in order for the Contractor to perform its duties under this Agreement. The Contractor acknowledges that disclosure to a third party or misuse of this official or confidential information will cause irreparable damage to the Client. Accordingly, the Contractor shall not disclose or use, during or after the term of this Agreement, any business or confidential information of the Customer without the prior written authorization of the Customer, except in cases where
